Yeah... I've been sticking it out because I was dying to know who would light the torch. I don't think I can take much more of this so I just googled it and it's totally disappointing IMO. I suppose I'll leave it on in the background while I do the dishes and some laundry.

It's not just you. This thing is a snooze-fest..... and I'd like to reach through my TV and put duct tape over Matt & Meredith's mouths... LOL! So far the only thing I found remotely entertaining was the creative bit with the arrival of the Queen. How many more hours of this are left.....

I really like that idea. Did you do that so you could swap out the panels? Seems like you could have some fun with holiday themed panels throughout the year.

Now if only I could get him to scrub the brew kettle...... (that's not really my dog.... my dog is way too lazy to slave over a hot stove :D ) .

Yeast rafts.... I think that's what they're called. Perfectly fine. Now if they start to grow fuzzy stuff on em.... then that's another story :D

Well look at you all organized with everything laid out and labeled. I should follow your lead and do the same.... maybe if I had everything laid out neatly I wouldn't have forgotten the coriander in my last Belgian Wit :D Congrats on your first brew day..... now it's all about the patience...

WOW... thanks for the part list, it's very helpful. However I'm embarrassed to say I have no idea what that first part is (the bushing) and where it's supposed to go? Can anyone shed some light? :o Also, the second part is no longer a valid link so I'm not sure what that part is for...
