    Looks like a whole lb. of dark malts will do the trick for next time. Thanks for the input. I think I will try one of the carafa malts or the midnight wheat for the next black IPA.

    5/8" SS Fender Washers

    I couldn't find one either, so I used a nylon washer and an o-ring on the inside of the cooler and zinc plated on the outside of the cooler. Works well and doesn't leak. Good luck!
