    Transporting Beer on Airplane

Im suffering a major quandry then! I am currently living (and brewing in Australia) I am traveling to Canada for the holiday's and want to bring back a few select beers that I brewed and proud of to share with my father. Do you envision I would suffer any problems by checking half a dozen...

    Transporting Beer on Airplane

I think we've pretty clearly covered that we can fly with homebrew, but how does this factor in with flying internationally, and only being allowed to take x amount of alcohol in with you? I always assumed it was for purchased alcohol, so the gov't doesn't lose out on tax's...but you can't sell...

Fruit Beer Strawberry Alarm Clock v3.0 (Strawberry Blonde)

That looks great!! Mine is much darker due to the extra wheat. I just racked over 2kg of mixed berries and it tasted great! My starting of was 1065 and went into the secondary at 1010. Not sure how much alcohol I might get out of the secondary, but at nearly 8% now, I am happy. Should I expect...

Fruit Beer Strawberry Alarm Clock v3.0 (Strawberry Blonde)

more help with my first batch of cider from a kit. Advice needed :)

Hi Twofish, no offense taken, I probably didn't word it correctly but you probably didn't read it correctly either. After I did all of my steps, I tested the OG to be at 1.065. 6 days later its gravity was 1.006. The confusion must be from where I was trying to sort out why the cider kits...

more help with my first batch of cider from a kit. Advice needed :)

Hi guys, I posted earlier about a yeast question and now I have another question that I am unsure about and would love some advice. I am making a cider out of a kit but I have deviated, I'll give the normal process, my process and then my question. I think my cider kit was called...

    Question about Cider Kits/Can

Hi guys, I have been a reader for a few weeks and decided to dive into the exciting world of cider making. As I said, I've been reading a bit but discovered that I have a question/issue to ask. I am trying the gentle approach, I am doing cider from a prepared kit/can. I've loaded up my 1kg...
