    not bottle carborizing

    Bottled a beer about week ago and opened one and it is still not carborized Was using wlp 60 and added 5 oz of dextrose to batch before bottling . have made this same beer time before with no problem. only diffrence this time put it into secondary let it ferment out longer. Any suggestions...

    new mead question

    Started a new mead few weeks ago. Was told to put in the secondary after two weeks when fermentation has slowed down. As of now it still going bubbling away real good should I wait till it slows down . Iit is still bubbling out every 5 seconds or so . tks
