    Overbought Columbus hops

I'll take a pound as well. Edit: in hop descriptions, the AA range is stated as around 14-18... did you mean to type 15.6%?

IPA recipe in the works (yet to be named something witty)

Yup, just ran by the LHBS for another packet of the US-05. Busy week this week(vday, daughter's birthday, SWMBO's birthday all in one week), might not be able to get to brew until next week.

I don't know that it's overly complicated, being that I plan to pre-measure and label the additions and have a multi-stage kitchen timer, so it's just dumping in hops every 15 minutes. I'll still run the numbers with things switched out and see where it takes me though, thanks!

IPA recipe in the works (yet to be named something witty)

Only question I have on this one.. because of the higher gravity, should I be pitching two packets of the Safale US-05? Mr Malty recommends 1.4 Packets, so I'm somewhat hesitant to pitch 2 for fear of overpitching, I do have a scale and can measure out the recommended 16 grams of yeast.

IPA recipe in the works (yet to be named something witty)

To begin, I based this off of deepsouth's 60 minute recipe shown here:https://www.homebrewtalk.com/f69/my-60-minute-ipa-125474/#post1399336 so I won't take full credit. However, I wanted to make something more bitter, hoppy, and with a higher gravity. I'd appreciate any suggestions/criticism...

Don't dump it in the street like I did. It will look like a hobo threw up in front of your house.
