Thanks for all the responses. it does make sense on dialing back the intensity of the element. Luckily I have not bought it yet, so no loss. I still have so much to learn about this electric setup.

No I used dried orange peel. I've done this brew before only using extracts and rock sugar with some grain. This time I did an all grain and it really brought out the orange.

I just keged my triple with coriander and orange peel. I have found the orange peel this time is very prevalent and made the beer a bit bitter. Is there anything I can do at this point or should I just drink it and be happy?
