I have read a few posts that mantion people using fresh fruit, and fruit juice to sweeten and improve beer flavour. Any suggestions on that and also would you use a portion of juice in place of water or just fresh fruit. Thanks guys!
Hi, I'm a first time wine brewer. I'm doing a cellar master kiwi mellon. I was wondering if I should use an airlock on my promary straight off? I've read that it needs fresh air during the first 7 days or so for the yeast to work properly. Any advise is welcome! Thanks in advance everyone!
