I just used an ounce of zest and 3/4 oz coriander in 5 gal of witbier. It tastes amazing. I used whole coriander seeds and used my mortar and pestle to crack them. Cut those in half and I think you'll enjoy your final product

The Mrs. and I had a baby which has allowed me to get a pretty nice pipeline going. Although my technique had greatly improved since I built my MLT which is resulting in better beer which is great but my friends are more likely to drink 3 or 4 as opposed to 1.

I've got some freshly washed 3944 and I don't really want to brew another Wit. Any one have any suggestions on what to brew with it? I'm thinking maybe a Belgian Pale or maybe a wheat variation.
