CO2 regulator stuck at full power

+1 I was having the same problem. I followed these same steps and was able to fix mine as well.

    First Time Experimenting with Salts

Thanks for all of your responses! It's all super helpful! I should also add, although most probably inferred, I'm making a 5 gallon batch. I usually mash with a 1.5qt/lb ratio as I've had better experience doing it that way. Anyway, I used the EZ spreadsheet as well as the Brewersfriend...

    First Time Experimenting with Salts

Hey everyone. I was wondering if I could get some feed back on my proposed salt additions for this weekend's brew. I have really good water and have brewed about 15 AG batches and they've all turned out great. Now I feel comfortable starting to mess with my water chemistry. Here's my water...

PBW: What Concentration do YOU use?

I recently made the switch to PBW. I follow the instructions when it comes to the concentration level. 1oz (2Tbsp) per gallon for 5 gallons is about 1/2 cup (it actually comes out to .625 cups). I let it soak in hot water for at least 30mins, agitating every once in a while.

    Bengal Butt Kicker

I've come across this recipe a couple of times now and decided to brew it this weekend so it will be ready in time for Thanksgiving. 15 pounds, Klages malt 2-3/4 pounds, Munich malt 1 pound, Amber crystal 1/4 pound, Chocolate malt 1 ounce, Northern Brewers hops 10%AA (60min) 1 ounce...

    Green Tea beer recipe

I'm planning on brewing a tea-infused beer this weekend and wanted to get someone's opinion on alternative methods for using tea. Would it be possible to treat all of the mash/sparge water before hand, or add teabags at flameout? Introducing it pre-boil would eliminate all contamination woes...

    Thoughts on a not-quite-roggenbier recipe

Thanks for getting back to me. I ended up resting at 122F and mashing at 154F, mashout @168F. Initially I had a stuck sparge, but I think I was recirculating too quickly. I gave it a quick stir and slowed down and that fixed it. I was wondering if you experienced any efficiency issues? My...

    Thoughts on a not-quite-roggenbier recipe

How'd this turn out? I'm brewing a Roggen this weekend and was also planning on doing a protein rest @120-122 and mashing @154.

    Oxiclean and Star San

I completely emptied the kegs of all of the oxiclean before adding star san just forgot to rinse. :o

    Oxiclean and Star San

I also use Oxiclean and Star San to clean and sanitize my equipment. This past weekend I washed my kegs as normal, but forgot to rinse the oxiclean before sanitizing with star san. This oversight has just dawned on me. Am I freaking out over nothing or will the batch I kegged taste all funky...

    Help Understanding my water profile.

Thanks! Would you recommend treating both the mash and sparge water?

    Help Understanding my water profile.

Hey everyone. I'm new to these forums and I need some help. I've been brewing for a few years now and until now I've only done extract and partial mash brewing. I'm making the jump to all grain, and I'm brewing my first batch this weekend - a red ale. I sent off a sample of my water and...
