    Reading through this thread, I saw multiple comments regarding fermentation either stalling or being slow to start. I had the opposite. I used a yeast starter (always do) and it TOOK OFF withing 12 hours. I always use a blow off tube, with the tube in a wine jug. Bubbles/foam were coming out...
