Decided to bottle condition this IPA batch since all kegs are full. My first time conditioning with dme. Ran it thru a carbonation calculator and came up with 9.3 oz of dme. Sounds a little high to me. Any input??

I've had a 1 keg system for over a year now. Recently picked up a few more kegs for really cheap. Other than getting a duel regulator or manifold, is there a cheap ( temporary ) way to run 2 legs with 1 regulator?

Some how my trub ended up in the middle of my washed yeast lol. Is this ok? Should I shake it back up? Has this happened to you?

So i washed my yeast cake and got about 3/4 gallon of trub/yeast/ water mixture in a boiled-sterilized 1 gallon plastic milk carton. Waiting for it to settle out. Should I leave it at room temp over night or put in the fridge?
