Is this beer being stored cold? Using gelatine won't really have a effect until it gets below 50 degrees.

I use .3 grams in all my kegs to help aid in oxygenation. I wouldn't sweat it if some got in your beer from the no rinse.

@csacorrect I have a CF5 and you need to have the means to cold crash to get adequate carbonation. Another thing you have to keep in mine with these fancy conicals is there is a lot more to clean.
