    smashing today, kinda, need advice

    I have 10lbs of MO 2 row in the mash tun right now sitting at a perfect 152. Now when i start my boil i have some CTZ hops and some Perele, any suggestions on a hop schedule. and don't worry i love it hoppy! any advice is appreciated.

    first all grain today

    Going to be graduating to my first all grain batch today. Im going to be doing a IPA with 11 lbs of 2 row and 1 lb of crystal 40l. and a whole lotta centennial hops. wish me luck.
