    My first Wheat.

    I made almost that same brew in 5 gallon batch sparge but reversed the hops. The only thing i noticed is the coriander ( i used a tablespoon) faded and was noticeable in the begining and non-existant after being in the bottle after a month.

    Pumpkin Porter Anyone??

    i'm never too impressed with the smell of a new wort but this one smelled fantastic bubbleing in the basement! Smelled like someone was baking a pumpkin pie down there. I just did a "Dunkiloppolus Octoberfest" sister brew. SG is 1.06, my biggest to date!!
