    Is 12 psi enough pressure to serve rootbeer that is pressurized to 35 psi?

    I cab my root beer at 25psi for a week and serve it weekly at a farmers market where I make root beer floats. I server it @ 10psi with about 4-5 feet of hose. Comes out perfect with a beautiful head. Hope that helps

    The other permit is a pain in the ass. I'm lucky because my real job is managing a resturant so I have use of an kitchen that will pass an inspection and I already had my food managers certificate (that's what it's called in NY).. Kind of a pain but well worth it. Very proud of what I have done...

    Yea the insurance is very easy to get just call and speak with some one in the commercial department. Very cheap I believe min is around $500 for the year. Not so bad.

    So turn it Down to serve then when I'm done turn it back up to let it rest? Also what do you know about counter pressure bottle fillers, is there a cheaper way to fill bottle from the keg or is that the best way to go.
