I tasted my beer today. 1 week in primary.
It screams "put some oranges in me"
So I wanted to do as I am being told.
The beer needs a few more days to finish fermentation.
When I move it to secondary how do I best add that flavour profile to it?
Do I get 4 or 5 oranges, juice...
I have used Nottingham aaaaaannd that is it.
I have made 4 Ales (honey, Oats, etc) trying to stay low on the sorghum 50% or less.
But what Yeasts out there are best paired with Stouts, Laggers, IPAs, High gravity Beers, etc.

I added a full pack of Danstar Nottingham Yeast (Gluten free)... Which I did use in the past for a 5 Gallon batch of 100% Sorghum beer
I havent seen too much...
I am starting my second batch this weekend (Happy Xmas!)
I was wondering what style of beer (pilsner, stout, IPA, etc) is normally accepted as the "best" style for GF grains. And I do understand that there are almost an infinite amount of variables to it.
Still I'd just like a push in the...
