so, that all makes perfect sense. but say I didnt want to use any chemicals. I just wanted to make it sparkle purely by bottling and letting it naturally carb inside. would the gas itself taste poorly in the lemonade? Has anyone done this before?

Can I do this? I tried it with a preliminary bottle. it wasn't entirely done fermenting but i did it and bottle conditioned it. it turned out really well, and perfectly carbed after about a week, but it was yeasty. very yeasty. even after settling after pasteurizing. any ideas why?

They are real but they are only sold in the UK. it would be a very interesting taste though by looking through the publications on them.

i don't know if id call it a vinegar taste. its not salty like a vinegar would be. it just.... has a acidy bite sort of. but for the sake of argument. can you describe what it tasted like for you when it went to vinegar.

This is in no way going to be sold so trademarks aren't being considered :D but I thought this was a pretty cool label. I just don't know what I want to put on the top part. Im not sure if I'm happy with it now. What do you guys think?
