3 quarts water
1 quart maple syrup
Lalvin EC-1118 yeast
10 rasins
This should put me at a SG of 1.093.
I might backsweeten before bottling to carb.

I was first introduced to home wine making and brewing from my college Botany professor. Since then I have taken up making both dry and semi-sweet hard ciders as well as mead. I haven't really had the time or equipment to take up making beers yet.
