I will be brewing a roggenbier tommorow. It will be my first rye beer.
I would appreciate any thoughts or opinions on my recipe and/or advice. I plan on mashing at 150 and using NW ale yeast (1332). Thanks in advance!

I just want some opinions on how to clear my beer with isinglass. I have 5g of citra pale ale in a carboy that I dry hopped 8 days ago with 2 oz. citra. I plan on bottling the whole batch. If I add the isinglass now and wait 2 days then rack to a bottling bucket won't I just rouse all the hop...
I'm doing an amber and my LHBS is closed until tuesday. In my freezer I have .75 oz. northern brewer, 1.5 oz. hallertau, 1 oz. saaz, 2 oz. willamette, 2 oz. Kent Goldings, and 1.5 oz. centennials. Any suggestions?
