    Brewing tv

    What happened to it? When Dawson and Keeler did the show it was every two weeks. It was a regular event for the wife and I as I'm still a new brewer (just over a year) and tons of great info. Now just once every 6 weeks or so. Lame!

    What to brew in winter?

    In in northern Il. I don't mind brewing outside in cold temps and I'm still new to ag so I want to keep trying as each brew gets better. My ambient indoor temps seem to stay about 66 to 68 for fermentation. Haven't done any lagering yet. I've also heard about using lager yeasts in ale styles...

    I just racked ag cream al to secondary and I'm harvesting the white labs yeast cake as we speak. Would this be any good for a chocolate milk stout? Yes I know cream ale doesn't refer to cream or milk but just asking as I wanted to try and re use it.
