    Where can I get some good insulation?

    I'm trying to build something along the lines of 'son of fermentation chiller' but I can't find any extruded polystyrene anywhere. I've checked the local hardware stores but they don't have it, I'm in a big city so it should be somewhere. I appreciate your help.

    Liquid yeast

    I am using some liquid yeast for a partial mash that I am doing, the package said to take it out of the refridgerator 3-6 hours before use, what if I use it 7 hours or so after taking it out?

    No-rinse sanitizer, how far does it go.

    If I wash my equipment with non-disinfecting dish soap and then soak it completely in no rinse cleaner overnight is that sanitary or do I need to use something like bleach?

    Secondary Temperature

    What temperature should I shoot for during secondary fermentation? My apt. was really warm this morning and poured ice water on a wet towel around my secondary, gauge pressure dropped and the airlock leaked a little no-rinse sanitizer in; is that going contaminate my beer?
