    Local 727 Barefoot Beach Bum Santa's Special Ale

    The recipe below is for a 2.5 gallon batch not a 5.5 gallon. I wasn't sure how this was going to turn out, but it is a great beer. My wife who dies not like a darker beer, loves this one. Serving it at our Christmas Party for sure. Grains to Steep 4.0 oz Carmel/Crystal Malt-60L (60.0 SRM)...
