    What Is a good burner to buy? I have a 13 gallon kettle and I don't want it to break on me.and also do they sell these anywhere like a restaurant supply ...i just checked at homedepot and they didn't have any. Or do I just order online?

    I want to start making AG 10 gallon batches I'm in the process of making my mash tun...now I've heard of sparging but I'm not sure what that means exactly. Am I sparging after I mash the grain. And also I've heard if continuous sparge I guess s there's no mashing involved with that...and wats...
