    Should brown malt and chocolate malt be milled?

    Kettle size versus heater element size

    I've checked through many threads but failed to see anything on this. Basically I want to shift from Gas to electric, and I also want to increase my brew size. So I'm wondering if there is any guidance anywhere here, or else where on how to match the element size to the size of the boil...
