    Dunkelweizen Recipe help

    Looking to make a winter Dunkelweizen. This is what I have come up with so far. I am using sterling for bittering because I got 10 lbs for free from a hop farm (just to get that out of the way when it is brought up that it doesn't fit the style) Any additions or subtractions...

    Hop trade - Portland OR area

    I recently went to a hop farm I use to work for.... went a LITTLE overboard on my hops ;) . Got around 15 lbs (still packaging and weighing) of Sterling hops. Anyone else get "too many" of a certain kind and want to swap pound for pound? thanks!!

    Building my first Porter, need some input!

    Looking to get some feedback on a porter recipe. Went to the LHBS yesterday and sampled some grains, took some notes, these are the grains I liked. How does this grain bill look? I was thinking of adding some lighter crystal (40-60L) to it to get some sweeter caramel flavor... but not sure...

    Munich LME Ale recipe

    Hello from Hillsboro Oregon

    Greetings from Hillsboro Oregon. Started home brewing a couple months ago, going to set up the kegerator this weekend :D Will be building my keggles soon, my cousin is a welder and I got some free kegs, so I am pretty excited about that! Will be entering my companies annual brew...
