    Oatmeal Stout w/ White labs Irish ale yeast and toasted Oats

    Aging in Oak Barrels

    I'm making a Trappist Belgium Triple and since the fermentation period is up to a year I decide to age it in an oak barrel. I welcome any suggestion by any one experience with this type of aging. Thanx
