    JAOM question

I followed the directions to a T, it's been 3 weeks and it's still as brown as the Mississippi river, it hasent even begun to clear. Should I let it sit or toss it and try again?

    Helles Belles flavor question

I brewed BierMuchers Helles Belles to the letter, Its pretty tasty but I have a strange soapy taste up front where you would normally get that little bit of hop bite in a Helles. Could it be from the residual starsan left in the keg? I am hoping some age will make it go away, its still drinkable...

    Kegging Woes

I don't know what the deal is but I suck at kegging or have the worst luck ever. So, I have blown a total of 30 lbs of CO2 over the past few weeks on 1 five gallon batch of beer. First I thought it was poppets so I switched kegs and changed poppets on the first keg. Dropped the gas again so I...

    Kegging with pin locks

I will be kegging in a few weeks with pin lock kegs, I have been reading all the stickies and posts on kegging. I have one question, how in the world do you purge O2 from the keg after filling it with beer without having the relief valve? Thoughts? Billy

    Beer Line Question

I wasnt sure what size beer line to get so I looked at kegcowboys kits and they had 1/4" lines so I ordered that size line. Now I am reading many pages here that say 3/16" line. Did I buy the wrong size? Does it make much of a difference? What to do?! Billy

    Took the leap to kegging

Bottled up my first 2 batches ever, 2 weeks ago. Everything was going good until today I checked my brew and one bottle had burst. Was weird, pulled the bottle out of the box and it blew out the bottom. I immediatley found a deal on CL and purchased a kegging setup, it was a pin lock but better...
