    Wanted: Grain mill buying tips

    I'm finally sick of inconsistent brews using the LHBS crushed grains (yeah, I'm blaming them) and looking to get my own grain mill. What do y'all recommend, where's a good buy, and what do I need to know to use it well? If adjustable, tell me about the settings. TIA.

    Calculating post-boil OG

    What's the formula for calculating either OG when hitting final post-boil volume or target volume to achieve an OG? For example, pre-boil gravity =1.052, at 6.5 gallon. Target = 1.060, what's final volume? Or, what will OG be when I boil down to 5 gallon? Thanks!

    StarSan, carboy storage questions.

    How long is diluted StarSan solution effective? How long can I store a bucket of this? Am I doing myself any favors by storing my carboy with a little StarSan solution in it? Can I consider this sanitized next time I use it? Cheers!
