    Couple of Cold Crash questions

    I have and Irish Red and a Dogfish 60 Minute IPA (thanks Yoop) in fermenters. Both with Wyeast Pacman yeast.     Yeast starter question

    I need your help. Was going to brew Yooper's Dogfish Head 60 minute this weekend and went to Mr. Malty to calculate my starter.
