    Go Yeast Go!

    Question about Cream Stout

    I'm looking over a recipe for making cream stout and I was wondering... when do you add the lactose in an all-grain recipe? Probably a silly question but I'd hate to screw it up by not knowing. Thanks!

    First Year Cascades

    I took these pictures last night. I didn't get the rhizomes in the ground until May, but they're coming along nicely. Bought the rhizomes from Hopfarmer. I'm excited!
