    The problem with 10 gallon batches

    I love the fact it doesn't take much longer to brew a 10-gallon batch, but the bottling takes twice as long. It took all afternoon(probably a total of 5 hours) to bottle a ten gallon batch and a 5-gallon batch. It'll be worth it in a couple weeks, though. :mug:
