    WLP060 in an American IPA??

    Creating my first recipe, and going with an American IPA. I was considering using WLP060, never used it before but have read pretty good things. Anyone tried it in an IPA. Mine will be moderately hopped @69 IBU.

    Lemon Wheat... Which should I dry hop with....

    Ideal size for Keezer...

    I am getting ready to look for a chest freezer to convert. I would like to have at least 2 taps. Possibly 3 w/ CO2 and Nitro bottle setup. I was thinking 5 cu. ft would be good. Do you guys think this is too small for a 2 tap, 2 bottle system?

    How long should I keep in 2nd stage...

    Brewing a Red Ale, WLP007 yeast, and I racked to 2nd stage this morning and gravity is reading 1.010 (OG 1.052). It is ~82% attenuation now. I initially planned on fermenting in 2nd stage for 5-6 days. Would this be too long considering the beer is pretty much done?? Any info is appreciated...

    Hello from Central Texas...

    Brand new to homebrewing and love it. I have my first batch of brew, Red Ale, in a primary right now. I'm here to share experiences and hopefully learn from the seasoned brewer's.
