    Samuel Smiths Oatmeal Stout

    Just brewed this stout. O.G. Was low. 1.40. Should of been around 1.5. What happened? How will the brew turn out? This is the second stout that I have had problems with. Not sure what is going on. All me other brews come out dead on.

    Rootbeer not carbonating what's up?

    Ive been making beer without any carbonation issues. Thought I would make my kids some soda and used a Rainbow Flavors extract from the brew supply store and a champagne yeast. It has been two weeks and I popped a bottle today and it flatter than flat. Any suggestions? Very frustrated.

    added flavor hops too early

    I just brewed my third brew. A clone of a Hoegaarden White Ale. I had a brain cramp and added the flavor hops, coriander and orange peel during the 45 min boil instead of after. What will my outcome be? All flavor lost? Is there any way to add flavor later? Help.
