    Did I under pitch?

    I may just be paranoid... But, I've done some reading that I probably should have done before I actually brewed this high gravity beer. I've not really ever made one this big.     Help with active yeast

    I need some help... I activated some yeast in a Wyeast activator pouch and I didn't use it. Is there anyway I can use it 24 or more hours later?
