So this spring I'm going to plant some hops. And I was wondering what hops I should grow. I was thinking maybe 4-5 varieties at most. Centennial and cascade I know I'm gonna plant but I don't know what others I should plant.
I just bought a bomber of this at Giant Eagle. Can't wait to try it. Made a clone of it with Columbus Cent. And Chinook with Munich:) Can't wait to try both:D

I brewed BM's Centennial Blonde Tuesday night and let it Ferment in my basement and today I went to see it and saw it was fermenting at 76 degrees!!!! I put a fan on it to try to cool it down. Is it ruined. That's 4 degrees over the temp range wyeast suggests. I was looking for a crisp beer and...

So I'm finally going to save up for a Keezer. Im trying to get a cheap freezer off of craigslist to fit 4 kegs. If I can get more great. Bottled two batches tired of it and now I wanna keg. It will be great now I can lager too.. Wish me luck:D
Has anyone ever thought of sticking a some hop leafs in the bottles before bottling? Would this work? Isn't it essentially the same as dhing in the keg?
