    Ice crusher motor for mill?

    Just acquired an ice crusher/dispenser motor from a GE freezer. Would that be feasible to run a grain mill from? anyone have an idea how to wire it? It says 115v, so maybe wouldn’t even need a transformer?

    Beverage Air + Johnson Controller

    Can I replace the temperature controller in my Beverage Air refrigerator with a Johnson A419 Controller? I broke the dial stem off the original controller, and instead of shelling out $55, I’d try to use what i have. And , unfortunately, the dial is stuck on the max instead of the min.

    I work at a restaurant that has a great beer selection. We go through 25-30 kegs a week. Various sizes and such. We have received a few disposable kegs. Wondering if I can reuse this keg? If not for serving, at least for aging? I can't seem to get the collar off without damaging the whole...

    Dry hop transfer fkup

    Seems I transferred quite a bit of dry hop turn into my keg. So much that it clogged my dip tube. I racked it to another keg, but can't get the last gallon or so thru my siphon. Any ideas on how to save this beer?

    Adding lemon to secondary
