    Anyone have experience with the Wyeast 2000 Budvar strain? Favorite fermentation temperatures, experience with diacetyl/sulfur production, etc? I ask because I'll be making a Bohemian Pilsner and it was the closest thing at the LHBS. I plan on making the appropriate starter to get my pitch...
