    Earthy hops...

    I'm doing an IPA with some smoked malt. Kinda going for a "smoked IPA" taste. Thinking of using just chinook and simcoe and possibly EKG. I want the smoke to be able to come through so I'm not gonna dry hop like I do with all my ipa's. Any thoughts?

    Help with dishwasher sanitation?

    I figured I'd try to sanitize my bottles in the dishwasher(high heat cycle, no soap) Well I'm not using my dishwasher and didn't notice the cartridge of Finish dishwasher detergent that automatically dispenses.     Belgian sasion fermenting temp?

    I brewed my first partial mash a Belgian saison, I've read this yeast likes higher temps to ferment (around 75f). I can get a steady temp of about 70f. Should the yeast respond well to this temp? been about 18hrs and no activity yet. Thanks in advance.
