    Any opinions on the similarities of adding Munich malt to a recipe with regular 2 row to add a malty/nutty background vs just using pale ale malt such as Maris Otter or GW northwest pale ale malt?

    not sanitizing cup with yeast starter

    I brewed my first batch last night. I sanitized everything except the glass I started the yeast in. I put RO water in the glass then the yeast, covered it and let it start for like an hour.
