    Brett Hefeweizen?

    Hey guys. Not sure if I saw this here or elsewhere, but I seem to recall someone making a Brett Hefeweizen by removing the lid of the fermenter during high krausen and letting it ferment out like that in the fermentation chamber. Anyone do anything like this or have any ideas or suggestions?

    do I need interior hose barbs for HLT and kettle?

    Obviously I'm going to have one for the MLT, but are there any issues with just using the ball valve to drain either the kettle or the hot liquor tank?

    keg and draft tower

    my first two labels
