hey everyone, fairly new to the site and brewing. I made some, well tried to make some hard cider. I have some stuff floating on the top, and I am not sure if it is mold or what, is this normal or is it mold and should I just pitch it?

I am making some concord wine and have that sitting waiting to be racked again. That is going good.
I am making some hard cider and I just racked it about an hour ago. It has a odd smell to it, I am not sure if this is the yeast or if the cider went bad on me...
