    Adding dry flaked wheat??

    I have my Heff in the secondary right now, and I also have a 1/2 pound of flake wheat left from my brew day. Has anyone ever thrown the dry flaked wheat into the secondary? Just something running through my head, so any help would be great!

    Muntons bitter IPA - 6.34 gallons in two 5gal carboys for secondary

    I have the IPA fermenting right now. My question is would it be ok to rack it into two separate carboys so I can dry hop with two different hops or is that to much headroom? I have 6.34 gal or 24liters of liquid.
