Hey guys, I have done a search to try and find a thread on saving yeast, but have had no luck. I have a pale ale about to go to bottling and I'm interested in saving the yeast. Anyone have a link or some information on this? Thanks!
I had a hop bag get trapped under my wort chiller the last fifteen minutes of my boil. What do you guys think I should use to get the stuck char off the bottom of my Keggle?
Just cleaning up after my brew-day today and realized one of my hop bags got trapped under my wort chiller and got burned in the kettle. Do you guys think this will have any bad effects?
I'm going to use nottingham on my next batch, I have never used this dry yeast before. Do you guys rehydrate, or just pitch in dry? I'm going to do Ed Worts APA if this make a difference.

Doc put me on Wellbutrin and says to only have one or two beers, at most, per night. Does anyone have any experience with this? I hope he is just being extremely cautious! This sucks!
I have a small burner on a turkey fryer and was looking to upgrade to Banjo BG-14; anyone thoughts on this burner? Also, what regulator should I purchase for it?
I just had a stuck sparge and had to run two gallons through a strainer and when I pulled a sample for a reading I noticed I had quite a bit of grain in my wort. What do you guys think? Am I screwed or should I continue?
I know I won't get a good reading with grain in my hydrometer tube!

Im not seeing any activity in my starter after two days. It is white labs Kolsch yeast with 32 oz of wart. I think it may be stored too cold(62 df). Do you guys think it would hurt to take it out of the fermenter, give it a swirl and let it set at room temp overnight? I have my first All-Grain...

I am going to dry-hop for the first time and was wondering if I can throw hop pellets into my secondary without a hop sack? Also is there any sanitation I need to do to the hops?
