    Anyone use hot water from boiler or indirect water heater?

    I have a system like this...and it got me thinking. This thing can make like 300 gallons of hot water per hour. Boiler water runs around 180+. Maybe I can avoid heating strike and sparge water? Anyone do this today? Any cons to this? Thanks!

    help calculating gravity after boil

    Hi all - was unable to measure my OG after the boil today. I did however have 13 gallons at 1.053 prior to the boil. I boiled off 2 gallons to end with 11 gallons Is there a formula to calculate my OG after boil? Thanks!

    when to start autotune

    Hi All - Doing a test run on my e-herms setup, and would like to run AutoTune on my Auber 2352 PID. My tap water is 52 degrees. Does it matter when I start autotune? Should I start autotune when the water is cold? Or when it is close to set temp? Thanks! and Happy Holidays
