I just tapped my new tad and the beer was a bit flat. I put on one 16gram co2 and it wasn't carbonated. Should it sit longer before pouring? I thought about putting in another to see if it carbonates more.

I am getting ready to brew a Belgian Wit. How long do I ferment it in the primary before I transfer it into the secondary? How long does it need to stay in secondary?
