    Super quick fermentation or has something gone wrong?

    Hi guys, I pressed a lot of apples last Saturday and filled two 3 litre fermentation buckets. I added one campden tablet per litre in each as well as yeast nutrient and yeast 24 hours after. The SG of each was 1055 and now after only a week one is reading 1000. In your humble opinions do you...
