hi ive just put my cider in to demi jhons as femntion has slowed right down after 7 days i had a we sip and its realy bitter and has a sour taste i did add shugar at the start to get me sg to 1050 my reading now is 1.00 should i add more shugar or should i just leve and see what happens thanks...
