US-05 Looking Strange
US-05 looking strange This is a pic of my all grain Irish Stout two weeks after brew day. I've never seen US-05 looking like this. I decided to rack it to secondary, kegged last week and it's tasting fine today, so I'm not worried. Just curious. Anyone know what happened here? Alls well...- brian_c
