    Dudadiesel 20 plate chiller?

Has anyone had experience with the Dudadiesel 20 plate chiller? I tried a search and all that came up was people with the 30 plate chiller. Are the differences between the 20 and 30 that noticeable? Right now I'm only doing 5 gal batches, but plan on doing 10 in the future. Thanks.

    Pizza Beer

At a local brewpub they have just brewed Pizza Beer. I believe they add garlic, oregano, and some others. I think this would be easy to do as long as you didnt over kill the ingredients. Check the link: http://www.walterpaytonsroundhouse.com/content/75.html
