    Using 6.5 gallon fermentor for 3 gal ice wine?

    Is that too much head space? I have 5 gallon carboys but don't know that I'll be able to stir enough. First time with the wine and any help is appreciated. I do have a 3 gallon carboy for the secondary though. Thanks!

    WTT: Pin Lock Corny for XBox 360 game

    Not sure if this is ok to post, but I've got an extra corny from a recent buy and I really want a new 360 game to play. I'm looking for Red Dead Redemption or some similar game (CODMW2, Left 4 Dead 2, etc). The Amazon trade in on Red Dead is $16 so it seems this could work out for both of us...

    Hey I can pickup a 20# tank that's stamped 2/10 locally for $100, I'm going to get it this afternoon but wanted to see if I was missing something. Guy says it's full and the pic looks shiny and nice. Is there a chance it's filled with something else? A way to check? Is it kosher to put this...
